1. A 60% deposit of the tour price is required to secure your reservation.

  2. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip starts at which time you will receive your booking confirmation, invoice and pre-tour documentation

  3. The travel consultant reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the balance of payment is not received on time, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

  4. In the event of you canceling your booking 30 days or more before departure your deposit payment is forfeited.

  5. In the event of your cancellation less than 30 days before departure 100% of tour price is forfeited.

  6. All cancellations must be in writing sent by email or fax and will be effective on the confirmed receipt of such written notification. If the reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance policy, you may be able to claim the cancellation charges.

  7. The travel consultant reserves the right to adjust prices without notice, to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, fuel cost or tariff rates.

  8. Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and must provide cover for medical expenses including evacuation and repatriation in an emergency.

  9. The travel consultant shall have the right to any time at its discretion, cancel any tour or remainder thereof or make such alterations in the itinerary in the event of any tour being rendered impossible or inadvisable or by any cause whatsoever . The extra expenses incurred as a result thereof, shall be the responsibility of the client.

  10. All tours are subject to attaining minimum of 6 passengers. If the minimum number is not achieved The travel consultant reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund the clients any money paid after recovering all costs incurred. Alternatively, The travel consultant shall increase the price to accommodate the fewer number of passengers.

  11. The travel consultant purchases transportation, accommodation facilities and catering services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. The travel consultant cannot, therefore, be liable for any death, personal injury or any loss which may occur due to any act or omission of such supplier or by reason of any other event over which it has no control.

  12. In accordance with the policy adopted by Tour Operators all over the world The travel consultant reserves the right to cancel the tour before departure and recover all operational costs incurred including costs based on the service provider's cancellation policies.

  13. While all precautions are taken for the safety of clients, The travel consultant does not hold itself responsible for force majeure, any accident, injury, death, illness, theft, loss of or damage to any property or delays from any cause whatsoever sustained or suffered by a client, occurring any time during the tour. The client hereby indemnifies and holds blameless The travel consultant , it's members, agents and helpers from any claim of whatsoever nature.

  14. Accommodation is as specified in the itinerary and is based on two people sharing a twin bedded room. The use of a single room is subject to availability at extra cost.

  15. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
